- To provide monitoring and evaluation (M&E) for biogas, biomass, solar energy, micro-hydro, and other renewable energy, forest conservation, rainwater harvesting, and WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene).
- To provide quality services to develop human resources and manpower necessary for the proper operation of institutions and organizations.
- To conduct training, seminar, conference, research & development (R&D), monitoring particularly for RETs (Biogas, Solar & Micro-hydro) climate mitigation & adaptation measures.
